Stacey is the Business Development Partner at Decibel. She supports Decibel’s portfolio companies by leveraging our network of forward-leaning customers to provide rapid iteration through customer discovery, identifying strategic advisors, and fostering executive sponsor-level relationships. Stacey also helps amplify the voice of founders by activating the hundreds of unique relationships within our network of strategic partners and Decibel Customer Councils.
Prior to working with Decibel, Stacey founded SWift Consulting where she led high impact business development engagements for fast-growing startups and the public sector, and led teams focusing on marketing, sales operations, and communications at Hewlett-Packard. She also led record-setting fundraising campaigns for local public schools and Stanford University athletics.
Stacey earned a B.A. degree from Stanford University. She enjoys beach time with family and volunteers to support local schools.
