Stacey is the Business Development Partner at Decibel. She is a force multiplier for Decibel-backed startups, driving customer discovery, strategic GTM, and early enterprise traction. Before Decibel, she led sales ops and marketing at HP and founded SWift Consulting where she led high impact business development engagements for fast-growing startups in the public sector.
