Use Of Site Content
Decibel hereby grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for the term hereof to access and download, display, and print one copy of the Site Content on any single computer solely for your internal, business use, provided that you do not modify the Site Content in any way, that you retain all copyright and other proprietary notices displayed on the Site Content, and that you otherwise comply with these Terms. Information we collect
Decibel collects personal data in the course of its business activities, including in connection with some client services. We also collect personal data on certain areas of the Sites when you register for or apply for jobs through the Decibel Recruitment Portal or register for Decibel newsletters. The personal as well as business related information/data collected varies and may include information that you provide, such as your name and email address.
We may also automatically collect information about the devices you use to interact with our Sites. The information we automatically collect may include IP address, device identifier, web browser, and browsing information collected through cookies, web beacons, pixels, clear gifs, and other similar technologies (collectively “Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies”) on our Sites. We may also automatically collect information about how you use the Sites, such as what you have searched for and viewed on the Sites. The information automatically collected may be associated with a unique identifier as well as with any other personal data you have provided.

Indemnification
You hereby indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Decibel and all of its predecessors, successors, parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, shareholders, investors, employees, agents, representatives, and attorneys and their respective heirs, successors, and assigns (“Decibel Indemnified Parties”) from and against any and all liability, expenses, costs, or other losses (“Losses”) incurred by Decibel and/or Decibel Indemnified Parties in connection to any claims arising out of your use of the Site and/or any breach by you of these Terms, including the representations, warranties and covenants you made, if any, by agreeing to these terms. Decibel reserves the right to assume, at its own expense, the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you.
Submitting a Business Plan
Please do not send any information to Decibel that constitutes a trade secret or is confidential or proprietary. Decibel cannot agree to obligations of confidentiality or non-disclosure with regard to information submitted to it. By submitting information or materials to Decibel, you and anyone acting on your behalf, agree that any such information or materials will not be considered confidential or proprietary. Decibel is not obligated to review any information or materials sent to it, Decibel reserves the right to reject information or materials in its sole discretion and Decibel shall be under no obligation to return any information or materials to you. It is possible that Decibel will receive a number of similar plans and ideas, you understand that your idea may have previously been submitted to Decibel and may be under our consideration. In no event shall Decibel be limited or restricted from pursuing any opportunities with others.
Limitation of Liability
Except as specifically agreed by a Decibel entity in writing, NO DECIBEL INDIVIDUAL OR ENTITY SHALL HAVE ANY LIABILITY BASED UPON YOUR USE OF, OR RELIANCE UPON, THIS WEBSITE OR THE MATERIALS.
